    Job Description:

    • Taking on the role of Production Support Lead, you will have a crucial part in managing production effectively, maintaining infrastructure and providing application support within the domain. Collaborating closely with other teams to anticipate upcoming releases and working together to prevent potential issues.
    • Fostering a culture that bridges the gap between development and operations teams, focusing on enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our software delivery practices.
    • Seeking individuals with a background in B Tech/ M Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent).
    • Previous experience in fintech or startup environments demonstrating high levels of ownership and dedication for a minimum of 6+ years.
    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Leading and overseeing production management for applications focusing on business resilience, continuity requirements, and Users/Client management.
    • Demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks, with a strong sense of urgency. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, managing major incidents, and complying with SLAs.
    • Identifying and addressing risks and production environment issues. Engaging and coordinating with other team leads in the domain to develop solutions for problems.
    • Collaborating with the CISO, Compliance & Infrastructure team to ensure full compliance of our applications and infrastructure with legal and security standards.
    • Ensuring the development of robust applications and infrastructure recovery plans.
    • Managing and executing production deployments and release management processes.
    • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
    • Developing and maintaining documentation procedures for ongoing operations, infrastructure administration, and application run books and standard operating procedures.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to colleagues and management.
    • Establishing and monitoring dashboards to track the health status of various applications and servers.
    • Providing timely, accurate reports on key performance metrics, WSR, MSR, and suggestions for enhancing efficiency.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
    • Demonstrated experience (6+ years) in Production Support roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Proficient in ITSM & ITIL practices for Incident Management & Problem Management.
    • Strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps/Cloud platforms/DB/OS/Scripting/SDLC practices.
    • Knowledge of Systems Interface, Microservices, APIs, and Communication protocols.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead the Support team.
    Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):

    • Relevant certifications (ITIL/ITSM).
    • Familiarity with the technology landscape.
    • Proficiency in Scripting, PL/SQL, .Net, C#, Python, Webservers, Scheduler tools, Web Technologies, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications.
    • Understanding of SRE, security best practices, and tools.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
