- Actively listening to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback to understand their needs fully and offer tailored solutions and responses.
- Analyzing customer issues and finding effective solutions to resolve problems efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Demonstrating empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers, aiming to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
- Actively seeking customer feedback and insights to help identify areas for improvement and provide valuable input to the organization's customer experience strategy.
- Staying updated on product or service changes, industry trends, and customer service best practices to improve skills and knowledge.
Hindi & English is Mandate Language:
- Th will mandate 6 working day with 1 rotational week off.
Job Types:

Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
