    Description

    A Principal Change Analyst within the Change & Transformation team plays a significant role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time.

    This person will focus on business processes changes, systems and technology.

    The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize in achieving organisation goals and minimize resistance.

    The principal change analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, implement within timelines set and proficiency with the changes that impact process.

    These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

    Your key responsibilitiesResponsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirementsWorks with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the teamPossess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain in reference dataLeverages experience and understanding of stakeholder need to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (Application/Tool Based)Gathers & catalogues functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requestsDetermines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the applicationSpecify the workflow & systems enhancements to satisfy business & reporting needsConduct review, analysis and support for Front to back testingPerform data analysis, design of data architecture requirements and mappingActs as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisionsEnsures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policiesAssists users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting, and may help configure test solutions to validate functional and system needsIdentifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems.

    Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applicationsLeads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analysing, and improving processesCreates, maintains and presents training materials for end-usersApply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

    Effective implementation of all the projects assigned and take complete ownership of the deliverables.
    Support communication efforts. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
    Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
    Working with RTB SMEs and technology resource to design systematic changeTrack and report issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport change management at the organizational level

    Your skills and experience10+ years of a track record in Change management, experience in supervising and displays ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organisationGood Knowledge of Python, Alteryx & TableauStrong Knowledge of reference data management is a mandateAbility to work with Master Data Management tools, DQ tools and SQLRelevant experience in Change Management, Data Analysis and driving large transformation projectsA proven, considerable level of analytical, problem solving and resource planning skillsExperience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Financial ServicesStrong and well-developed relationship / stakeholder management skillsGood analytical and problem solving experienceBasic knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplaceStrong knowledge of business analysis methods and toolsOpen minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team membersDemonstration of excellent communication skills, influencing and presentation skills, experience in managing Client relationships to drive changeHighly motivation to fix issuesPMP, Scrum Master certification – Good to have
