    Responsibilities:

    • Enhance business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards through routine compliance tests and risk evaluations, identifying and rectifying vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
    • Accurately prepare and timely submit all necessary regulatory filings and reports.
    • Develop and enact thorough compliance policies and procedures to maintain organizational conformity to regulatory requirements.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors; manage all regulatory examinations and audits, including pre-audit preparation and post-audit follow-up actions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or LLB or Company Secretary
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bank or a NBFC
    • High on Ownership
    • Data driven approach to problem solving and analytical mindset. Good skills to work on excel
