SuccessFactors SF EC Comp & Variable pay Must: Need at least 5 years experience in SF EC/ Comp and Variable Pay and is certified.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years application consulting experience (at least 3 years of SAP implementation experience). Good experience & knowledge on SuccessFactors solution

Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay.

Certified in Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay. At least three end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay. Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes. Good communication skills both oral and written. Good Knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise solution (Optional). SF Integration knowledge (Optional). EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus (Optional). Time experience and skills would be a plus (Optional).
