Your Responsibilities:

Developing and documenting a standards compliant security framework that can be applied to secure architecture reference models across multiple software products/development teams in distinct geopolitical regions.
Troubleshoot development and deployment security issues for internal and customer facing cloud environments.
Design and Deliver dashboard security metric solutions to provide a window to operational status for senior leadership.
Continuously improve, document, and train development teams on the secure deployment tool chain in SaaS and associated processes, moving towards more automation and shorter turnaround times.
Work across multiple development teams to implement and train developers and deployment engineers on how to effectively architect cloud based software solutions to meet the needs of customer requirements spanning globally.
Coach development teams on secure software and hardware configuration management and secure test automation strategies associated with cloud based solutions.
Communicate directly with customers to help them understand secure SaaS software environments and the benefits they provide to traditional deployment models.
Support customer production SaaS environments when called upon on a 24/7 basis. 3+ years of security work experience in an engineering or development discipline.
Formal education or training focused on computer science, computer engineering, information sciences, information technology, or engineering field with specialization in cyber security.
Practical realworld security experience as part of a SaaS team to include working knowledge of cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges from a cyber security perspective. Passion for and ability to work with software development and deployment teams releasing productionready software on a daily basis.
Creativity to find innovative and realistic solutions to complex challenges, and an eagerness to learn about new technologies and to devise tools or tricks to get the job done.
Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills (in English) to explain and document your ideas/plans and present them effectively to senior management for approval.
Eagerness to train and mentor a staff of senior and junior architects.

Your background:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Engineering, Computer Science. 3 + years' experience in security environment, preferably InfoSec or Cyber-Security.
Experience managing the work of security programs, preferably cybersecurity, based upon recognized security standards
NIST 80053, IEC , etc. 2 + years developing and managing DevOps SDLC lifecycle deployments. 2 + years code security, thirdparty scanning and threat model standards as part of the release lifecycle requirements.
Deep knowledge of cloud security technologies that include firewalls, routing, dns, network protocols, private vpn deployments, AAD, authentication management technologies, and certificate management with mastery of data from metrics to preemptively identify/prevent threats to customers and organization. 3 + years' experience managing security programs in cloud environments, Comp TIA Cloud+, GIAC Cloud Security Automation, or ISC^2 Certified Cloud Security Professional will be considered in lieu of experience.
On an alternative manner 3+ years managing security programs in a DevOps environment, CompTIA +, ISC^2 CISSP, ISC^2 CISM.
Professional experience leading policy, procedure, and standards development.
Professional experience leading training programs focused on cybersecurity Fluent spoken and written English.
