    Description

    1. Project Planning and Management:

    Develop project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

    Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and project

    scope.

    Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

    2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

    Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and

    address concerns.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat

    business opportunities.

    3. Vendor and Contractor Coordination:

    Identify and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) required for

    projects.

    Coordinate delivery schedules and installation activities to minimize disruptions to

    client operations.

    4. Budgeting and Cost Management:

    Develop project budgets and track expenditures to ensure adherence to financial

    targets.

    Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative solutions when necessary.

    Prepare and present budget reports to clients and senior management as required.

    5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    Establish quality standards and procedures for design implementation and

    installation.

    Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and

    regulatory requirements.

    Address any quality issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity.

    6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, project managers, and support staff.

    Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and

    innovation.

    Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to facilitate their

    professional development.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, Construction Management, or

    related field.

    Proven experience (8+ years) in interior design or construction industry, with a

    focus on workplace environments.

    Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and FF&E

    selection.

    Prepare and Review complete GFC sets of drawings.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project,

    AutoCAD,

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to

    detail and quality.

    Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

    Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to

    interior design projects.
