    Description


    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in managing, securing, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure.


    The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and security solutions, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues, ensuring optimal network performance and user experience.


    • Utilize network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, Packet Tracer) to diagnose and resolve network problems efficiently.
    • Track daily network incidents, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify preventive measures.
    • Collaborate with the 24/7 support team to review P1 (high priority) incidents and implement corrective actions.
    • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between L2 Engineers and the client's technical team.
    • Provide oncall support to onsite engineers during offshift hours.
    • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate team member performance based on feedback and metrics.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance service delivery, technical skills, and team motivation.
    • Adhere to ITIL service delivery processes to ensure consistent and highquality service.
    • Participate in management meetings as required.
    • Review Plans of Action (POA) before submission to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

    Requirements:

    • Proven handson experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
    • Indepth knowledge of network security principles and experience with firewall solutions (ASA or Palo Alto).
    • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills in Cisco environments.
    • Familiarity with routing protocols like EIGRP and BGP (a plus).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
