Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To conduct facetoface interviews and coordinating the admission process for new students, attending to walkins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admissionrelated issues, and assisting students with the fee collection process
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports and related matrices showing progress on student conversions and target achievement
  • Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
  • Manage and convert leads for various programs, achieving weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
  • Assist with fee collection, followup with leads, and attend to walkins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admissionrelated issues
  • Collaborate with departments and external vendors for a seamless admission process and maintain reports on student conversions and target achievement

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 24 years of
    experience in tele calling and admission counseling in institutes
  • Proficient in revenue generation, able to strategize and optimize sales for the current product mix
  • Experience with sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Trustworthy and skilled in building rapport with learners

Expected deliverables/KPIs:

  • Minimum 6080 connected calls a day.
  • 23 hours of talk time per day on average.
  • Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets
  • Generate referral sales as per targets
  • Improve and maintain sales conversion rates
