Work Experience Required: 2-4 years

Responsibilities and Duties:

To conduct facetoface interviews and coordinating the admission process for new students, attending to walkins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admissionrelated issues, and assisting students with the fee collection process
Maintain weekly/monthly reports and related matrices showing progress on student conversions and target achievement
Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
Manage and convert leads for various programs, achieving weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
Assist with fee collection, followup with leads, and attend to walkins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admissionrelated issues
Collaborate with departments and external vendors for a seamless admission process and maintain reports on student conversions and target achievement

Required Experience and Qualifications:

24 years of
experience in tele calling and admission counseling in institutes
Proficient in revenue generation, able to strategize and optimize sales for the current product mix
Experience with sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Trustworthy and skilled in building rapport with learners
