    Description

    We are searching for an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a winning social media strategy that expands our brand awareness, fosters community engagement, and attracts top talent and potential clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
    • Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
    • Manage and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using metrics and analytics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
    • Grow and engage our social media following through community management (responding to comments and messages, participating in conversations).
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms.
    • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, HR) to create a cohesive social media presence.
    • Track and report on the impact of social media efforts on brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of social media best practices and the unique qualities of different platforms.
    • Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, visual design) with a strong understanding of social media content formats.
    • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A creative and results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
