    Job Title: Back Office Executive

    Responsibilities:


    • Night Shift Only.


    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and ensure timely responses.


    • Support all department with various assigned tasks.


    • Professional E-Mail Drafting.


    • Stock Management.


    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.


    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.


    • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-pace

    environment.


    • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to resolve issues independently.


    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
