Daily Activities:
Greet guests, Handle complaints,
Tackle day to day issues on the floor
Help Restaurant Manager, Media Needs and Media relationship
Daily pictures of the crowd for posts and stories
Thorough knowledge of the menu, food and liquor
Up selling whatever is the deal - On a daily basis
Ensure the servers up sell too and are aware of the latest deals and offers we have
Making sure the guests are comfortable and taken care of everyday
Pull in new crowd
Everyday clearance
Planning and thorough restaurant branding
Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
Keep information confidential
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
