Job Title:
Final / Paintshop Quality Inspector

Qualification:
DME / ITI (Paint Technology)


Experience:

  • 5 years

Reports to:
Quality Manager


Job Overview:


  • Audit of painting and powder process
  • Visual inspection of all parts in sand blasting, phosphating, plating, painting and pre-dispatch inspection as per check sheet and drawing
  • Ensure action on rejected parts - rework / scrap
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of paint and powder coating defects of mild steel (MS) parts
  • Good knowledge of paint & powder coating inspection techniques
  • Good knowledge of pre-dispatch inspection
  • Knowledge of CMM inspection
  • Knowledge of quality documents - PDIR / Control Plan / PPAP / SOP

Skills:


  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
