We are looking for a Sr. Customer Service Executive / Sr. Process Associate / Sr. Back office Executive and team player who has the ability to carry out multitask on the property management project.

He / She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK for a property management client.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with a UKbased client (Property Management) lettings and commercial department along with the team in India
  • Placing calls to Landlords and Tenants registered on the CRM and verifying them to make their profile complete on the CRM for the TT and LL.
  • Motivate Tenants and Landlords to keep their profile up to date and upload the properties they have to rent them out
  • Liaise with landlords/engineers/contractors and tenants daily basis
  • Manage and keep up to date with UK legal legislation when required (Training will be provided)
  • Deal with rental residential / commercial properties inquiries dealing setting appointments etc on CRM
  • Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints of customers TT & LL
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, etc.
  • Coordinate carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements on CRM
  • Place credit control calls and chase vendor invoices relating to property management.
  • He / she may work as buffer staff on the project for first few months to train him/ her for 360 degree processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He / She should be ready to work dynamically.
  • He / she should learn 360 degree processes within the project.

₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
