    Job Overview

    Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Store Sales Executive to join our team. As a Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Good knowledge of the products and services offered by the company

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs
    • Maintain an organized and clean store environment
    • Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
    • Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
