Your Role:


  • Support the Country Manager primarily and provide additional support to Managerial team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support highranking executives companywide and coordinate internally to expedite workflows.
  • Manage communication with staff by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices upheld.
  • Workflow systems/Firm databases as required, including new client/job workflows and other various internal documents related to client service.
  • Databases for the Firm intranet site; creation of material/text and maintenance of information.
  • May assist with some administrative projects (some complex), for a team or industry group, primarily related to a specific organizational function, responsible for frequent communications with all levels in the organization.
  • Organize team meetings, including agendas, project lists, minutes, and reports.
  • Research for special projects, when requested.
  • Arrange for conference rooms, including needed equipment and/or conference calls, meeting breakfast/lunches/coffee, etc.; may include reservations for leased conference rooms.
  • Miscellaneous team reservations (travel, lunch, dinner, etc.)
  • Proofreading of correspondence prepared by other staff.
  • Assist Staff and team with various office activities.
  • Assist other administrative assistants, when necessary; provide backup when needed.
  • Any other office duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced atmosphere; perform well under uncertain or unstructured conditions (pressure); selfdriven within a deadlineoriented environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to be in the office five days/week.
