The Finance Governance Project Manager is responsible for assisting the finance organization in the development, implementation and monitoring of Enterprise-wide Finance policies and procedures.

The role will be a manager to work with the Leader Finance Governance on engagements to execute on strategy and operation models for the Finance Organization.

This role will assist in the creation, adoption and implementation of best-practice policies in the Finance Operations department.

The Finance Governance Manager needs to bring excellent and strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational skills, attention to detail, great business sense, a strong work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

A proven ability to operate independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment is essential. A high level of consistent professionalism, diplomacy and discretion is necessary.
