    Below is the Job Description for the role.

    • 3 days mandatory Work from Office in a week (Gurugram Phase 5 location)
    • Cell phones are not allowed inside ODC.
    • Location - Gurgaon
    • Shift - 12 to 9 PM

    Inviting applications for the role of Campaign Management.

    This exciting role supports the Campaign Operations team and activities related to campaign set-up for a regional bank in the United States. The candidate should have an experience of minimum 5+ years in Marketing Campaign management domain and ready to take independent campaign design and execution responsibilities. He / She should have flare to learn Campaign Management tools like UNICA, SAS, Oracle, SQL/ MS Office products.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop a team of campaign execution process
    • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
    • Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem in a Banking domain
    • Having good understanding of Data and Data Insights
    • Excellent/hands-on knowledge of UNICA Campaign & SQL or SAS and, UNIX shell scripting
    • Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist
    • Ability to articulate communications with the customer
    • Time management skills

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

    • Any Graduate
    • Ability to interaction with multiple stakeholders
    • Good hands on experience in UNICA campaign & SQL queries
    • Technical Know-how of Python, SAS

    Preferred qualifications

    • Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing stack
    • Working knowledge of UNIX basic commands
    • Working knowledge of Python
    • Have worked in a Banking and Finance domain
    • Six sigma certified
