    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Online Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).


    • Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.


    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.


    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.


    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.


    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.


    • Proven track record of successfully managing online marketing campaigns, preferably in a digital agency or e-commerce environment.


    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing software.


    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive campaign optimization.


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


    • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


    • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
