This role provides a unique opportunity to greatly improve the healthcare experience for millions across the United States.
    - We are looking for a skilled software Product Head to collaborate with our team and deliver top-notch software solutions to our innovative clients in the industry.
    - The Product Head will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the product suite under our new company, working closely with the visionary co-founders to reshape the US Healthcare industry. Responsibilities include roadmap development and leading an expert engineering team to bring the product suite to life.
    - Strong communication skills are essential as you will engage with various stakeholders such as co-founders, customers, engineers, marketing teams, and product designers.
    - Candidates must have management experience, expertise in the US Healthcare sector, and a solid product portfolio.

    Job Description:
    - Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with co-founders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Lead product release planning, set delivery expectations for new features, provide direction to the development team, and create requirements. Prioritize product feature backlog, develop cases, and align work with product strategy to maximize value. Conduct market and user research to identify industry pain points and drive product innovation.
    - Product Leadership and Management: Work with the technical lead to manage the product backlog based on business value. Lead requirements gathering efforts, consult with stakeholders, and contribute to business case and financial models. Facilitate team collaboration, define Go-To-Market strategies, attend scrum meetings, and demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
    - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and advanced technical degree required, along with 15 years of experience as a product leader in the US Healthcare market. Strategic thinker with a knack for crafting Go-To-Market campaigns, operational expertise in scalable technology platforms, customer-centric approach, data-driven mindset, and strong project management skills. Proficiency in distilling complex roadmaps into compelling presentations, product analytics, and excellent communication skills.
