Job Description:

As a Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate our product or service offerings to clients and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions to address them.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and selfdevelopment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
