    Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

    Experience: 2-4 Years | Salary: 4.20 LPA | Job Location: Rajkot (Only Gujarat Candidates) | Immediate-30 Day Notice Period

    Join our team in Rajkot as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives. We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience who are passionate about leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, display advertising, and SEM.
    • Utilize IT tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
    • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and organic traffic.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the company website.
    • Implement SEO best practices, manage website updates, and optimize user experience to increase conversions.
    • Develop social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities effectively.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
    • Segment email lists, create personalized content, and optimize email deliverability and open rates.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
