    As a Lead Specialist in Guest Services, you'll engage guests on the Guest Services platform to enhance relationships, foster loyalty, and drive sales. You'll handle guest inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and provide a positive Target experience with each interaction.

    Key qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
    • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Chat environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in handling escalated guest complaints
    • Ability to work in 24/7 shifts, ideally in US time zones
