We are seeking a dynamic professional to expand our presence in the assigned region. The Immigration Sales Executive should possess a strong background in business development and immigration case processing.


ABOUT THE JOB DUTIES:


  • Identify, cultivate, and convert leads into sales within the assigned region.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
  • Manage client queries, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed client interaction records and notes using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about changes in Canadian immigration regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in networking, PR activities, and industry events to promote the business.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development professionals.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director and fulfill other assigned duties.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; immigration experience is advantageous.
  • Possess a proactive and resultsdriven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a fastpaced corporate immigration law firm or IT agency is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working effectively with mínimal supervision.
  • Track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and demonstrate good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
