Job Description-

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over a chat.
  • Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.
  • Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for products and services.
  • Close sales.

Requirements-

  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information
and experience.

  • Written business communication skills.
  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office skills.

Pay:
₹8, ₹35,030.34 per month
