Responsibilities And Duties

Thought leader in Business Intelligence space with very good understanding of Data Ecosystem. Ability to develop insights through data visualization tools following best practices, learning how data delivers actionable value within our clients' organizations.
Experience working with Data Visualization tools esp. Tableau (mandatory).
Must have experience working with relational and nonrelational (NoSQL) data sources with good understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lakes in both onprem and cloud environment.
Good Understanding of data integration techniques, including ETL or ELT processes, data pipelines, and data streaming.
Work closely with Presales/Practice teams on RFPs to build proposals for endtoend data solutions based on customer requirements. Interact with the CXO's and convince them on the solution proposed.
Experience with the preparation of data for visualization (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing, volume assessment and partitioning, data modelling etc.).
Experience on modernization of legacy business intelligence systems and migrate them to cloudbased architectures, ensuring smooth transition and mínimal disruption would be a plus.
Experience in working in a fastpaced, dynamic, and Agile development lifecycle.
Ability to define and sharpen our Service Offerings and Solutions, incubating new technology practices & steering to hyper scale growth through partner ecosystem.
Good to have some experience in embedded analytics (i.e., embedding visual data analytics in other transactional and operational systems).

Qualifications And Skills

Must have at least 1216 years of experience in business intelligence.
Must have extensive experience with business requirements analysis, functional specification, and system implementation. Translate business requirements/needs to successful data presentation and solutions.
Should have 6+ experience in Tableau BI Implementations or development projects. Experience in Power BI/Qlik/SAP BO/Cognos will be a plus.
Should have experience working with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server etc) and cloudbased data sources (Redshift/Snowflake/Starburst/Databricks etc) with understanding of data modelling and preparation techniques.
Experience building/maintaining ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Matillion/Alteryx/Informatica or any services provided by cloud providers.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding on any programming languages Python/Java would be an added advantage.
Strong consulting skills (Verbal & Presentation) with experience in the Pre-Sales process or POC development.
Proven experience in mentoring and training resources.
Demonstrable experience learning new technologies.
Proven experience working directly with client management across time zones.
It is expected that the person filling this role will be able to contribute directly on projects in addition to their management role.
