Monitoring and Analytics:
- Use analytics tools to track support performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies based on the data.
Patience and Empathy:
- Patience is key, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Show empathy by understanding and acknowledging their concerns.
