About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential brand partners within the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
- Negotiate partnership agreements that align with company objectives and deliver value to both parties.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand partnerships, preferably within the FMCG/Retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing partnership deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working with leading brands in the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce trends.
