Brand Partnership

Location: 5 days WFO - Delhi

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential brand partners within the FMCG/Retail sector.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
Negotiate partnership agreements that align with company objectives and deliver value to both parties.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand partnerships, preferably within the FMCG/Retail industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing partnership deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience working with leading brands in the FMCG/Retail sector.
Knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce trends.
