The Anthology Workplace Team is focused on providing superior Corporate Facilities Services and maximizing the value of our customers' assets through a commitment to excellence in all that we do.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Ensuring implementation of required Checklist, SOP, EHS, Emergency Plan and other guidelines issued from time to time
  • Ensuring the office operates in compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Managing the entire gamut of administration such as housekeeping/security/pantry services/cafeteria/petty cash/parking/travel and transport
  • Selecting and managing ongoing relationships with external suppliers (i.e. cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
  • Studying, evaluating, and recommending office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization's business needs
  • Keeping stock of office supplies, maintaining inventories, and placing orders when necessary
  • Ensuring coordination with all technical issues (break down, shut down, etc.)
  • Completing daily rounds for the facility inspection and modification of systems/procedures
  • Keeping record of all the professionals and vendors visiting office
  • Liaising with functional or operational managers to ensure that office administration guidelines, procedures, tools, and systems are appropriate for current and future business needs

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing all operations and maintenance in an office facility
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, resultsoriented, collaborative environment
  • Innovative and able to give new ideas
  • Good negotiation skills with vendors
