    YourImpact


    You will play a huge rolein assisting the development of Globibos presence in the region byworking with our existing international clients.

    Collaborate withthe largest brands and organizations in the world to provideworldclass translation interpretation & training projects.
    Leverage our inhouse platforms and network of internationalpartners to customize and deliver solutions.

    Account Servicing (50%)

    Respond to enquiriesprovide quotations / proposals
    Follow up on convertingand extending quotations
    Keeping contact health for VIPsin green (5 contacts monthly)
    Regularly reach out to allcontacts in Account to keep mindshare
    Effectivelyincrease revenue from existing clients
    Establish longtermsupport contracts
    Leverage existing contacts to identifynew Leads in the account
    Company introduction to newLeads

    50% Project & ProductManagement

    Determine & document projectscope with Customers
    Manage Customer Interaction andChange Management
    Follow up on Customer / StudentFeedback
    Identify and contract required partners forservice delivery
    Manage projects/events atlocation
    Develop Customize and/or Improve marketingmaterial for platforms and services
    Identify Partner forstrategic / scalable growth
    Follow up with productdevelopment team on productimprovements

    You are selfmotivatedindividual work enjoys working independently. You are passionateabout language learning or event technologyservices


    • Bachelor Degree or above inMarketing/ Business Management or a related field
    2. 510years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or projectmanagement

    • Great communication skills Fluent Englishrequired (written and speaking) to communicate with globalclients
    • Ability to identify and address the specificneeds of each individual customer
    • Highly motivated& Independent Individual with an eye for detail &analytical skills
    • Prior experience in communicatingwith senior managers
    • Result orientation; high focus ondriving (business) results andKPIs
