    Description
    We are looking for a Project Manager to buildand implement business functionalprograms.

    Regardless of the industry the overallobjectives of a business analyst are to review and
    analyzecurrent and proposed business operations. Oftentimes they willreview financial
    statements KPIs and other key metrics andthen consider options for improvement. Project
    Managerwill assess the overall effectiveness of a business and itsdepartments to devise
    solutions to problems.

    Yearof Experience: 3 yrs

    Education Required:
    BTech BE etc with70% aggregate marks
    12th 70% and above
    10th 70%and above
    CTC post Probation Period: 10 12 LPA (Lakhs perannum) based on the
    performance of thecandidate.

    Requirements:
    Strong projectmanagement skills with a focus on planning organizing andexecuting
    projects.
    Ability to manage multipleprojects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
    Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data andproblem solve

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planningand Execution:
    Define project scope objectives deliverablesand
    resource requirements. Develop project plans schedulesand budgets. Ensure
    adherence to project timelines monitorprogress and proactively address any potential
    issues orrisks.
    Utilize knowledge of sprints and agilemethodologies to plan and execute project tasks
    ensuringefficient and effective project management.
    Serve as aScrum Master facilitating daily standups sprint planningretrospectives
    and other Scrum ceremonies to drive theteams adherence to agile principles.
    Oversee and managethe operations of tech projects ensuring timely andsuccessful
    delivery.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead andmotivate project teams fostering a collaborativeand
    positive work environment. Assign tasks monitor teamperformance and provide
    guidance and support to ensure thesuccessful completion of project milestones.

    Risk andIssue Management:
    Identify assess and manage project risks andissues.
    Develop contingency plans to mitigate potentialdisruptions and minimize project impact.
    Implementeffective change management strategies as necessary.
    Presenting concepts and results at meetings
    Coaching andtraining employees
    Developing ideas in accordance withthe demands and needs of the business
    Creating projectsand monitoring their development
    Cooperating withstakeholders
