  • Assist Project Manager to prepare Business plan for MPMRCL project pertaining to execution.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of team members and support them in activities plan parameters.
  • To check the Gap analysis in project execution and to provide solutions for the same.
  • Meet project manager and client and his execution team at regular intervals to discuss requirements, progress, and employee involvement and to solve personal or technical concerns.
  • Site interfacing civil and electrical with clients and agencies involved for execution and smooth flow of the project operations.
  • Documentations
  • Design Documents, Various Project Reports, Manuals, weekly updations to the project manager.
  • Time Ticket and attendance monitoring of direct team members and submitting to the project manager on weekly basis.
  • Raising Purchase Order Requisitions in time and within allotted cost budgets.
  • Subcontractor development and monitoring of process.
  • Drive ACE at site and at work place.
  • Should have BE/B.Tech Qualification
