What you will be responsible for:

As an Associate you will:

  • Perform fund accounting processing and controlling tasks, in addition to reporting and administrative duties.
  • Review fund components and complete the preparers' checklist.
  • Liaise with internal clients and support other departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepancies.
  • Ensure departmental procedures and controls are followed.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Keep Team Manager informed as to daily work progress and status of requests.
  • Provide support to adhoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor.
  • Keep proper communication with other team members.
  • Demonstrate good time organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for own personal development and training, and actively look for such opportunities.

  • PC literate and has decent fluency in use of Excel spreadsheets.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred Accountancy or Business related degree.
