Job Overview:
We are looking for a Operations Executive Managers from Logistics/Supply Chain Industry. The Individual will be responsible for overseeing and Managing the day to day Operations in a Warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the supply chain and logistics department.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards to improve efficiency and quality of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage a team of operations staff and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • B.tech Fresher /MBA in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
  • At least 01 years of experience in operations management in the supply chain and logistics industry. Should be good in excel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
