    Job Description:
    We are seeking a seasoned Technology Consultant with a strong background of working in government technology consulting.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and strategic input on various technology solutions that meet government client requirements.
    • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of governmental procurement procedures.
    • Lead RFP design and administration, ensuring complete alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
    • Exhibit proficiency in bid management, coordinating with client teams to ensure compliance, and accuracy.
    • Engage extensively in Project Management Unit operations, driving project delivery timelines, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Business development responsibilities including responding to government RFPs and developing new solutions for clients.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of technology consulting, and experience of working with government clients.
    • Advanced understanding of government procurement methodologies, bid management, and RFP design.
    • Demonstrable expertise in managing and leading Project Management Units.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Educational background in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
