- Prompt with responses & give accurate solutions for our users over chat.
- Regular followups and build customer bonds to deliver quality service over chat
- To ensure complete ownership of customer Queries and guarantee endtoend satisfaction with our services.
- To collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem of Traya to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
- To prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement
Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
