    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and enhancements.
    • all aspects of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in-line with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles.
    • methods to sustain and improve various craftsmanship areas.
    • the timely delivery of assigned artifacts with defined quality parameters.
    • code review and ensure the quality of code, constantly.
    • manual tasks of application maintenance and support to improve efficiency.
    • initiatives of application modernization.
    • constant review and update of Agile and DevOps practices.
    • learn new/emerging technologies and mentor teams.
    • the overall production processes such as daily checks, open tickets and aging of issues.
    • with customers, partners, development teams, chapter and feature teams.
    • with development team and implement audit recommendations.
    • DevOps chapters and Guilds.
    • the assigned learning path and contribute to daily meetings.
    • the team on data processing solutions and building data pipelines.
    • new areas of technology and use cases for data validation and implementation

    Profile Required

    We are looking for senior SRE (Software Reliability Engineer) profiles for our squad with the capacity to become Tech lead.

    Strong hands-on skills required on:


    • distributed architecture and high availability


    • automation and scripting


    • network and system


    • performance analysis


    • CICD toolchains


    • Infrastructure services, esp. on Kubernetes


    • Monitoring solution

    Candidates will have demonstrated successful experiences on Production on cloud environment (Private and Public) as well as good written and oral communication skills.

    Agile methodology must be mastered as well as ability to work in a distributed cross-country team.
