- AnyGraduate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or related field.
- Proven 12 yearsof experience in providing technical support for softwareapplications installations or similar.
- Strongunderstanding of software development processes and programminglanguages.
- Good communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
- Problemsolving mindsetwith the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complexissues.
- Ability to handle customercoordination customer centricity and customer complaint management
- Customerfocused approach with a passion fordelivering exceptional support services for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
- Knowledge of Kannada Hindi andEnglish is essential
