We are seeking a SoftwareSupport Executive for company dealing in IT Solutions andAdvertising. As a Software Support Executive you will play acrucial role in providing technical assistance and support to theclients ensuring seamless operation of software solutions. You willbe responsible for troubleshooting issues guiding clients throughthe softwarefeatures.

Responsibilities:

• Online Support Online support toExisting client
• Provide prompt and efficienttechnical support to clients via phone email orchat.
• Understand and diagnose softwarerelatedissues reported by clients and resolve them in a timelymanner.
• Guide clients through the softwarefunctionalities addressing their queries and concernseffectively.
• Visit at customer side and resolveissue (Any Location)
• New Installation Newinstallation at client side (Any Location)
• Online Demo Give online Demo to new prospects& TSM
• Conduct training sessions for clientsto enhance their understanding of ourproducts.
• Build and maintain strong positiverelationships with clients by delivering exceptional supportexperiences.

Requirements:

• AnyGraduate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or related field.
• Proven 12 yearsof experience in providing technical support for softwareapplications installations or similar.
• Strongunderstanding of software development processes and programminglanguages.
• Good communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
• Problemsolving mindsetwith the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complexissues.
• Ability to handle customercoordination customer centricity and customer complaint management
• Customerfocused approach with a passion fordelivering exceptional support services for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
• Knowledge of Kannada Hindi andEnglish is essential
