Marketing Executive - Building Material Product Company

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the building material sector.
Analyze consumer behavior and insights to drive targeted marketing campaigns.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Identify key target markets and segments for various building material products.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to promote building material products.
Create compelling marketing content, such as product brochures, presentations, videos, and social media content.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals to promote our products.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and build a strong network.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with marketing materials, product knowledge, and support for successful client interactions.
Assist in generating leads and opportunities through effective marketing efforts.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimizations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven 24 years experience in marketing roles within the building material, construction, or related industries.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Resultoriented mindset with attention to detail.
