We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced Transformation & Employer branding project lead to join the Talent Acquisition and Human resources.

The role holder will support the Employer branding & TA Transformation projects which include employee experience - (Culture, EVP, Engagement, Employee Listening), HR Automation & Analytics Projects etc.


  • Digital HR Transformation: Develop HR technology strategy, drive technology selection and implementation and enable process optimization and improvements
  • Champion Olam signature processes such as Aspire online talent management and online learning & development platform iQuest
  • To partner with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others.
  • Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing.
  • Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive
  • Drive innovative and creative talent strategies/initiatives to identify and hire diverse talent.

Requirements:


  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience is a must, preferably in Transformation solution areas. Ability to build strategic partnerships. Build relationships internally and externally. Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes.
  • Proactive, selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.
  • Able to communicate at all levels. Seen as a champion of the business goals and employee development.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentation skills to include data/information synthesis and succinct messaging.
