    Responsibilities

    • Collectdaily weekly or monthly timesheetsCalculate bonuses andallowancesPrepare employees compensation by the end of each monthusing payroll softwareSchedule bank payments or hand out paychecksdirectly to employeesDistribute payment statements and gathersigned receipts (digital or paper)Report on payroll expensesEnsurewages and tax withholdings comply with regulationsEnter newemployees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers)into internal databasesAnswer questions about compensation benefitstaxes and insurancedeductions
