Profile Introduction:


As an Accounts Associate in the Hotel/Resort industry, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the establishment.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.


Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:


  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including but not limited to revenue, expenses, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Budget Management:


  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing regular reports on financial performance against targets.

Invoice Processing:


  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Bank Reconciliation:


  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:


  • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the hotel/resort's financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing periodic financial statements for management review.

Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide support in financial decisionmaking.

Requirements:


  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Understanding of hotel/resort operations and terminology is a plus.

  • English, Hindi and Marathi**
    Salary: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
