The TA Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market.

This role is located in Mumbai and will report directly to a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following:

  • Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days
  • Pipeline Sourcing
  • LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
  • Interview to offer ratio
  • Offer acceptance rate

What You'll Do:


  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

What You Have:


  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment, preferably with agency or financial services experience
  • Demonstrated capacity for successfully working in a highvolume recruitment environment
  • Ability to work in an extremely fastpaced environment with aggressive hiring targets
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
