    Experience: 3-4 Years

    Education Qualification: Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed University.

    Location: Work From Home

    Job Profile & Required Skills:

    • Project Management: Oversee the design and development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all phases are managed effectively.
    • Cost and Schedule Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and schedules to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
    • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high client satisfaction ratings through consistent quality and performance, as reflected in quarterly surveys.
    • Communication: Maintain daily and weekly communications with clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of associates including Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Programmers to achieve project goals.
    • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough meetings with development teams to understand and analyze project requirements, creating detailed project plans.
    • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to development teams and monitor project health to ensure seamless execution.
    • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized requirements like translations and audio recordings.
    • Status Tracking: Maintain daily project status trackers and liaise with operations teams to ensure continuous progress.
    • Resource Management: Create detailed resource effort estimates and obtain client approval.
    • Project Updates: Provide regular project updates to clients and manage change requests efficiently.
    • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous reviews of deliverables to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
    • E-Learning Expertise: Prior experience in eLearning or blended learning environments is a distinct advantage.
    • Specialized Skills: Hands-on experience in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or Programming will be highly regarded.
