Job Responsibility:

Vehicle Management - Plan and schedule vehicles for internal (between two plants)/outdoor work
Communicate & coordinate with scrap vendor as per intimation from superior, ensure the collected scrap is properly weighed & communicate the observations to superior. Ensure the scrapped is dispatched from the factory post approval from the superior.
Co-ordinate and follow up with vendors as and when required
Ensure upkeep of First Aid box/Medicines at regular intervals.
Supervise and manage housekeeping and related material for the factory daily
Adherence to water waste management
Adherence to the horticulture management
Co-ordination - general maintenance - RO, Drainage, leakage, paver block, doors-shutters-windows, AC, All types of available furniture
Verify security reports regularly
Tea/Coffee/vending machines management
Arrange travel arrangements (bus /train) tickets for employees
Verify travel expenses of employees as per the company policy
Verify all the telephone/Mobile/Electricity/Fuel pump bills and ensure timely coordination with HO for payment
Prepare necessary documents & registers required for compliance as per the factories act.
Co-ordination and manage all activity related to employee engagement
Manage/arrange lunch for the guests
Stationery material management
Arrange /coordinate lunch for the guests
Coordination for Timely renewal of fire and safety equipment
Cost-saving initiatives to be taken regularly
