    The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing new or existing client projects as well as internal projects, ensuring that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters. Provides leadership and, guidance to other project personnel. This position can also be an individual project contributor responsible for managing small to large, global scope projects. Lead others; manage delivery of products/services to achieve an agreed end result; project budget accountability; goals and objectives management; develop and maintain executive level relationships with clients and internal team members; drive results and accountability; ensure quality of service and product; consults with clients and provides guidance.

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining communication between different teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    Please note this role would be Hybrid Mode and into night shifts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate resources, both human and material, to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
    • Take proactive measures to mitigate risks and solve problems as they arise.

    2 .Team Coordination:

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to allocate tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring everyone is informed of their responsibilities and deadlines.
    • Motivate and support team members to maintain high levels of productivity and quality of work.

    3.Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or feedback.
    • Manage expectations by setting clear deliverables and timelines.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into project plans.

    4.Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
    • Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
    • Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.

    5.Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project management methodologies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
    • Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering).
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential.
