Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully leading and delivering software projects on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while effectively managing resources, timelines, and client expectations.

Experience Range:

14 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation and MBA/PGDM International Business, MBA/PGDM Information Technology, MBA/PGDM Finance,

Job Responsibilities:
Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize the results.
Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of the project.
Work on the estimations for a given project.
Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan promptly.
Generation of reports, invoices, and billing.
People's Management includes ensuring optimal retention of talent and improving the performance of team members through continuous feedback.

Skills Required:
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Service Delivery Management, Client Facing, Project Management, Agile Environment.

Candidate Attributes:
Overall 8-12 years of experience and at least 4 years of project delivery management experience.
Should have worked on SaaS products and have experience in handling a team (at least
Sound knowledge of SDLC and quality processes concerning delivery management.
Experience in Mobile application development and programming knowledge is a plus.
Good presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers at all levels
