Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

  • Undertake credit risk analysis encompassing both industry / business, management and financial analysis
  • Analyse company's performance which include:
  • Past and projected financial (including ratio analysis) and business performance
  • Benchmark these against peers performance

Management competencies

  • Analysing data from bank statements/regulatory fillings/credit information reports/websites and present the same
  • Reading financial statements/auditors reports
  • Make the grading recommendation to the Committee
  • Prepare reports that cogently captures SWOT analysis/ the rationale behind the analysis

Process Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to timelines
  • Maintain a high quality of analytics in the report
  • Planning onsite client meetings ineffective manner to ensure maximum coverage

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct client meetings independently
  • Conducting management discussions with client and prepare reports that cogently capture the information available with respect to the credit, highlighting key risks and grading parameters along with relevant analytical observations, trends, and queries for the client, information gaps, etc.
  • Discuss with the key management personnel of the client to understand their strategy and business model
  • Resolving queries raised by client/stakeholders

Educational Qualification:
MBA Finance/CA

  • Possesses strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and a customerservice orientation
  • Understanding of accounting and financial analysis and concepts
  • Positive attitude with qualities of a team player
  • Innovative and solution orientation.
  • Deadline and deliveryoriented and able to work on multiple assignments
  • Open to new ideas and initiatives
  • Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines, result orientation
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point/Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strictly practice and follow all compliance, confidentiality, and information security policies procedures and guidelines of the organization
