    Role Overview:

    • Join our team as a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our efforts in vendor database creation.
    • Assist in researching potential vendors across various sectors using open-source intelligence methods.
    • Analyze gathered data on vendors' capabilities, previous projects, pricing, and reputation.
    • Organize collected information into a structured vendor database.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough research using open-source intelligence methods to identify potential vendors.

    • Gather data on vendors' capabilities, past projects, pricing models, and reputation in the industry.
    • Analyze gathered data to assess the suitability of vendors for potential partnerships.

    Database Management:

    • Organize collected data into a structured vendor database using database management tools.
    • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of vendor information by verifying and updating it regularly.
    • Implement best practices for data organization and management to enhance the usability of the vendor database.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and priorities.
    • Communicate findings and updates on vendor research and database management to relevant stakeholders.
    • Seek feedback and guidance from mentors to enhance learning and contribute effectively to the team's goals.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and analyze data effectively.
    • Proficiency in database management tools to organize and maintain vendor information.
    • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and reliability in vendor data.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
