Processor Client Onboarding Account Opening-GSC's
Our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) customers have many financial needs in their life. HSBC helps them to meet these needs and WPB Operations makes it all happen.

We provide a customer-centric banking experience across our retail products with the aim to make every transaction as seamless and intuitive as possible.

WPB Operations is the largest business service within Operations, employing more than 10,500 colleagues in 39 countries and territories.

From cards and loan processing, account services and ATM operations to evaluating credit risks, deciding on mortgage approvals and delivering customer correspondence, the team provides a customer-centric experience across all areas of banking.


Responsibilities:

***- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant process

  • Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks
  • Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate Meet or exceed against the section average / PLA (whichever is higher) Ensure that the productivity & quality levels are achieved as per the standards sent for the process.
  • Demonstrate ways to improve customer service& increase productivity Assist line manager/supervisor with managing daytoday operations and support peers on process if needed. Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit. Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures and take initiative to review daily process updates for defect free implementation.
  • To maintain HSBC internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
  • Observation & feedback by the immediate line & management team.
Requirements


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline minimum. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position
  • Work experience not essential. Experience not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently
  • Ability to write business letters and reports
  • Excellent conversational/ telephone skills
  • High level of listening skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain and transfer knowledge appropriately
  • Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately and manipulate data using a PC, keyboard and mouse
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wider range of people
